Kapwa founder Robertino Zambrano uses his trademark illustrative style to tell this heroic story of hope, collective ambition and the power of rising up as a community in this Nexus Studios and Mighty Nice production.

Kapwa led look development and technical direction, creating a bespoke “faux-toscope” animation style which turned 3D animations into 2D rotoscope-style painterly animations using mostly procedural methods. This procedural animation style was augmented with a final manual hand-animated pass for a final signature touch by the 2D animation team.
